Our pizza chef Gianfranco prepares delicious oven cooked pizzas with different kinds of dough. For some specialities we have chosen flour from kamut and grains like spelt and oats, antioxidant foods easily digestible. By using exclusively biological tomatoes and resources from the territory, we develop original creations like the pizza Nostrana, enriched by two slow food products such as the Casolèt cheese of the Val di Sole and mortandela from the Val di Non. On our menu, not to be left out are our vegetarian and gluten free proposals, because our desire is to meet the alimentary needs of every client. To make your gastronomic experiences even more special, we invite you to accompany your pizza with a glass of homemade beer.
