At Giardino we offer some of the best homemade beers of Trentino, such as Clesium Weiss (4,5 %), with a high fermentation, non filtered, non pasteurised and fermented a second time in the bottle. The balanced and thirst quenching beer of a straw colour presents a soft froth and a pleasant hop flavoured after taste. If however you prefer the red “Marzen”, we invite you to taste a speciality from the Val di Fiemme, Larixbier (5,6%). This amber beer with a low fermentation and a dense head and round body captures you right from the first sip with its unmistakable fragrance of malt, hops and caramel, with hints of coffee and plums.
