In our restaurant with typical Trentino cuisine we give preference to fresh ingredients at 0 km and emphasise the particularities of our local recipes with creativity.  We delight your palates with traditional starters, such as for example a tartar of Trentino trout with fennel salad and an orange dressing, and excellent first courses such as polenta dumplings with porcini mushrooms and parmesan shavings or large bread dumplings with cabbage and smoked bacon with a Casolèt cheese sauce. Amongst our main courses in our restaurant with typical Trentino cuisine, the pork fillet with old fashioned mustard stands out, accompanied by an apple and ginger mousse, and the char fillet with almonds together with steamed new potatoes.
